		<description>You mentioned in the &#039;what the heck would you do&#039; scenario that you were in Michigan, would the way you would react to this scenario change if you were in different parts of the country?

In the article it was mentioned the donor face came from a brain-dead woman, I&#039;m assuming she was in a coma.  Does anyone know if they can use tissue from an already dead donor?

It&#039;s amazing that they were able to complete this procedure, I wish the very best for her recovery.</description>
